It is also the national drink of both Peru and Chile where it is drunk at any time of day or night. Our version is a variation with the addition of passion fruit.

This drink arose from the idea of celebrating Japanese flavours by adding matcha green tea, used in the tea ceremony, and Yuzu, a typical oriental citrus with a strong, but more delicate, aroma similar to lemon and grapefruit, to a classic gin sour.
